The basics

What does it cost?

PackBurro address books are FREE to create and use.

How does it work?

When you create an address book, you get a custom link to share with your friends (packburro.com/yourname). The link leads to a personal address request form. When your friends enter their information in the form, it's automatically saved to your address book.

What do I have to do?

You just have to share the link! You can send the link via email, text message (this often gets quicker responses), or other messenger. You can also post it on social media, share it in person, send it via telegram, whatever.

Are you selling my data?

Nope. We only share your info with your friends with permission.

What makes PackBurro special?

Your addresses aren't locked up with one company

We're working to make it possible to use your address book with all kinds of card companies and retailers

Your addresses stay up to date

One in five adults under 40 moves each year, so we've factored in address changes. You can see the date every address was entered, and if you need to ask for an update, just send that person your link again and we'll update their record when they reply.

What's it good for?

Save-the-dates, invitations, and thank-you notes (and all the updates in between)

Holiday cards and gifts

This year and next year and the year after that

Remember when they are, and where to send something

Announcing & celebrating big events

Births, graduations, etc. (whether your doing the announcing, or sending a little something)

Tips and tricks

Ask via text

In our unscientific tests, we've found that friends respond way more quickly to text messages than emails.

Run updates between big mailings

If it's been more than a few months since you last collected or updated your addresses, check to see if anyone has moved before sending again.

Check for updates when you move

When you move, take the opportunity to share your new info with friends, and see if theirs has changed. For more information on how to change your address when you move, check out our Moving Tips.
